Yes! You can schedule a delivery up to 2 hours in advance when ordering by phone at +1 847-470-9161. Online pre-scheduling is coming soon. Note that deep dish pizzas require additional preparation time.
If your delivery is taking longer than the estimated time, please call us at +1 847-470-9161 and we'll provide an update. During peak weekend hours, times may extend — we appreciate your patience.
Absolutely. Please include your unit/apartment number in the delivery address. If there's a gate code or buzzer needed, include that in the order notes field so our driver can reach you without delay.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 10 minutes of placement by calling us directly. Once the pizza is in the oven, changes may not be possible. See our Refund Policy for details.
No, the delivery fee does not include a gratuity. Tips are always appreciated and can be given in cash or added when paying by card at the door. Our drivers work hard to get your pizza to you hot and on time!
Yes! Contactless delivery is available. Simply request it in your order notes, and our driver will leave your order at the door and notify you upon arrival. Pre-payment by card is required for contactless delivery.
